Top 3 Tips in selecting your Audio/Video contractor
1. Experience - Although all of us have a friend of a friend that knows about speakers, only deal with an established company. You need and deserve a full time audio/video company. Avoid companies or persons where A/V is a side business.

2. Insurance - As with any contractor coming into your home, you must protect yourself. Be sure your A/V contractor has liability and worker’s compensation insurance. If in doubt, ask for a certificate of insurance.

3. Training - Confirm your A/V contractor has received factory training for the products being installed. All systems are different. For you to get the best out of your system, your installer needs to be factory trained. If in doubt, confirm with the manufacturer that you’re A/V contractor is factory certified.
