Recently, Sonos updated their app with mixed results. While some users experienced no issues, others faced multiple problems. A few of our clients reached out after receiving an email from Sonos, asking about the situation.
We want to clarify that none of our clients have reported issues with their installed systems. However, we did encounter some challenges during new system installations, particularly with the initial app setup. In these cases, our installers collaborated with Sonos support to resolve the issues.
In our communications with Sonos as a dealer, we have been assured that they are working diligently to address the update issues. We have received updated app versions and workarounds from them.
