Writer's picture: Craig WhitakerCraig Whitaker

Last week we discussed the issue of replacing your cable box and ending up with no sound. Hopefully that helped our clients get the audio working with a new cable box. The next step is to program the new cable box. Following the steps below should allow your Bose remote to control your new device.

1. Select Set-up on Your Remote control

2. Add or remove device

3. Select Device Type

4. Select type of connection

5. Follow the remaining on-screen instructions.

These steps will apply to adding any new devices such as a new Blu-Ray player or streaming device such as Roku or Apple TV. For help with audio, video, or home automation system, schedule your free consultation by calling 888-775-2673 or visiting our website @ www.wbsouth.com.
